· The system is composed of wax-smelt jar,transportation pump and emulsification jar.

· Wax-smelt jar adopts many pipes heating on the top of jar inside, to avoid influencing wax smelt time when large material input into jar.

· From wax smelt jar to emulsification jar，rotor pump inputs, all connection pipes adopts configuration of sleeve pipe，with hot water passing between inner pipe and outer pipe, avoiding cooled material oagulates and stops the pipe.

· Emulsification Collocation Jar adopts two sets of churn settings on the top: Wall Scratch Churn (clockwise) and Middle Oar Blade Churn (Anticlockwise).

· Emulsification Machine is at the bottom of jar with a set of circulationpump, so that the best emulsification effect is ensured.
